MADALINA IOANA LEFTER

Madalina Ioana Lefter is a Soul, Blues, Disco, R&B, Pop, Rock and Dance Music Singer, who became known from an early age for the concerts, music competitions and TV shows that she has honoured with her lovely presence and Divine talent.

Madalina Lefter is born in 1998 in Iassy, Romania and infinitely loves Music as Humanity’s only true connection with the Divinity.

Madalina was part of the “Morning Star Choir” at the Children’s Palace of Sciences (2003-2006), and also studied the Piano, Bel Canto, and Ballet.

Madalina Lefter was also a member of the Highschool Choir of the “Costache Negruzzi” National Highschool with whom she won the first prize in the National Competition “Voice Choirs” in 2010.

She attended “Ti Lascio Una Canzone Talent TV Show” aired on the National Television Channel RAI 1 where she has obtained the “Professional Jury Award” offered by the “Panel of Leading Musicians and Musical Critics of Italy”, TV show that took place weekly for a time period of three months within the Auditorium RAI in Naples, Italy. Madalina is the only singer to win this highly significant prize and that is for three more editions, out of a team of 35 children aged 5 to 16 years. She was the only child of a nationality other than Italian who was accepted into this very important international musical competition by being selected out from 1.000 children. Madalina is the only singer that had a legal contract with the Italian National Television RAI. She was very proud to represent Romania, especially  after winning the first edition, when the famous Italian TV presenter Antonella Clerici said “Brava Madalina, Brava Romania”!, since her TV Show is leading the audiences in Italy, Spain, Venezuela, U.S.A. etc. 

At Christmas, Madalina Lefter attended a charity concert to help the Children in the island nation of Haiti called “Brother Indovino”, delivered by the Italian National Television RAI 1, on the stage of the Lyrical Theatre in the Italian city of Assisi. For the New Year’s Eve of the very same year she has performed live on stage in the Italian city of  Rimini, for the greatest New Year’s Eve TV show that was broadcast live on the Italian National Channel RAI 1, where she had the infinite honor to sing on the very same stage with ABBA, Bonny M, and some of Italy’s best voices.

Madalina Lefter also represented Romania at the International Music Festival “Eurovision Junior Song Contest” which was held in Cyprus in 2008.

  1. Trophy Fame 2010, awarded by the “Romanian Academy in Rome”, prize handed over by Mr. Cristian Topescu;
  2. Trophy at the International Festival “The Golden Stag Junior” Kronstadt, Romania in 2010 for her duet with the band “Solaris”;
  3. Trophy at the National Festival “A NEW BORN TALENT ” Rimnicu Vilcea, Romania in 2009;

  6. Trophy at the International Music Festival “Note to Note” (for singers aged between 9 and 30) held in Dobrich, Bulgaria in 2008 for best performance with the song “Hurt” from Christina Aguilera’s Music Repertoire. 
  7. Trophy for creation and interpretation at “Children’s Mamaia Festival” Constanza, Romania in 2007 with the song “First Heaven” (Music by Nicolae Caragia and lyrics by Gregory Vieru);
  8. Trophy for the interpretation of speech at the “Rememeber Festival” Constantza, Romania in 2007 for the songs “First Heaven” (Music by Nicolae Caragia and lyrics by Gregory Vieru) and “There’s nothing” from the Music Repertoire of singer Laura Stoica; 
  9. Trophy at the International Music Festival for Children and Adolescents “Notes River” Bulgaria in 2007, and the Award for the Best Voice in the same festival with the song “Mama”; 
  10. Trophy at the National Festival of Music “Voice Hopes” Techirghiol, Romania in 2007 with the songs “First Heaven” (Music by Nicolae Caragia and lyrics by Gregory Vieru) and “I’ll Sing for the Third Millennium” (composer Marius Teicu and lyrics by Eugen Rotaru); 
  11. Trophy at the National Festival of Music “Golden Dolphin” Năvodari, Romania in 2005 with the song “There are Kids” (Music by Gabriela Sauciuc Ciconia and lyrics by Marian Stere).

  1. One of Madalina’s greatest musical achievements was the absolute joy to sing in the opening concert of the band “SMOKIE”, and she also had the great honor to meat the members of the band personaly in December 2008;
  2. The second great event that took place in December 2008 was the grandiose Christmas Carols Concert “Magic Vienna” that she has performed with the Viennese “Johann Strauss Ensemble”;
  3. Another great event in Madalina’s life and musical career was that she had the immense happiness of being the 2010 Christmas Concert special guest star in the “Super Love Concert” of our famous Romanian singer Stefan Banica jr. where she has performed twice in front of an audience of 20.000 spectators;
  4. Madalina was also a part of the team of the TV show “In Puii Mei” on Antena 1 Television alongside one of the most talented Romanian actors Mihai Bendeac (aired 2008 – 2010) where beside her theatrical roles she has sung with the TV show’s band and had the bliss to work with some of the most successful professionals of the Romanian media such as Monica Anghel, Mihai Pocorschi, Daniel Buzdugan etc.

Madalina Lefter has been trained in Italy by Maestros MONICA MAGNANI, LUCA VELLETRI, VALENTINA DUCROS, MARCO VITO AND MARCO D’ANGELO, and she sang with the best Italian orchestra conducted by Maestro LEONARDO DI AMICIS for two years consecutively; Madalina Lefter has won the Hearts of her audience in Italy, before her concerts in a tour organised by the creators of “TI LASCIO UNA CANZONE” in the U.S.A. (Chicago, Connecticut, New York and Atlantic City).
